Agnes Alston Regional Property Manager

Agnes has been an integral member of the Delarosa family since 2012 when she began as a part-time property liaison for one Delarosa property. Subsequently, she parlayed her skills and experience developed retail banking; customer service, on-the-ground problem solving and stellar attention to detail into her current role.

 

Agnes is responsible for marketing, screening of applicants and leasing of available apartments for the Connecticut portfolio of properties, ensuring consistent high rates of occupancy.  She is the direct contact for tenants; maintaining strong resident relations and ensuring that residents are served well and satisfied with the apartment community.
