Luis Lopez PROPERTY & Facilities ManaGER
Luis has been a dedicated member of the Delarosa family since 2012. In his role as Property & Facilities Manager he is responsible for marketing, screening of applicants and leasing of available apartments for the Connecticut portfolio of properties, ensuring consistent high rates of occupancy.
Luis is the direct contact for tenants; maintaining strong resident relations and ensuring that residents are served well and satisfied with the apartment community. He and his staff are
responsible for the upkeep of all Delarosa properties from maintaining the appearance of the grounds and buildings to ensuring that all buildings are physically safe and sound. Beyond routine maintenance and repairs, Luis and his team provide all landscaping, lawn care and snow removal services. His Preventive Maintenance Plan, in place for each property, incorporates everything from state and local fire code requirements and other safety regulations to material/supply backup and policies for managing outside contractors if needed. Luis' insights enable Delarosa to accurately assess short and long-term facilities needs.
