Luis has been a dedicated member of the Delarosa family since 2012. He and his staff are
responsible for the upkeep of all Delarosa properties from maintaining the appearance of the grounds and buildings to ensuring that all buildings are physically safe and sound. Beyond routine maintenance and repairs, Luis and his team provide all landscaping, lawn care and snow removal services. His Preventive Maintenance Plan, in place for each property, incorporates everything from state and local fire code requirements and other safety regulations to material/supply backup and policies for managing outside contractors if needed. Luis' insights enable Delarosa to accurately assess short and long-term facilities needs.
